This modern decorated penthouse apartment comprises a living, kitchen, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. There are 2 nearly identical apartments for rent next to eachother. (See ID27807)

When entering this beautiful, cosi urbanization it reminds you of Andalucia. Cruckery with beautifull flowers are decorating the portals and windows of the urbanization. It has a great and kind athmosphere.

Entering the apartment the living presents itself brightly with nice decoration and a fully equipped kitchen to the right. The staircase gives you access to 2 bedrooms with both ensuite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have access to the upper terrace with beautifull views.

From the living there is access to a large terrace with dining area for 6 persons.

Sun lounges are provided by the urbanization at the communal pool area.

There are in all 2 bathrooms. One bathroom has a bathtub, wash, & toilet and 1 bathroom has a shower instead of bathtub.

The fully equipped and spacious kitchen has an exit to a little terrace facing north.

If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person. Ask the office.
