Benefiting from a great location, there is a wide selection of clubs, bars and restaurants, and is only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and Puerto Banus with its fabulous designer shops.
It is close to Centro Plaza, where the famous street market is held each Saturday, just above the bullring, and the Golf Valley.

When entering the apartment you walk straight into the modern Scandinavian style open plan living area with a fully kitchen and spacious lounge and dining area. The owners have installed a large flat screen T.V, high speed WI- FI, Apple T.V and there is an integrated Bose sound system. There are two bedrooms downstairs, the master has en-suite bathroom facilities. The second has two sets of bunk beds, great for the kids. The lounge has new furniture, a corner style black leather sofa which doubles as a sofa bed..

The lounge leads to the terrace, which is south west facing and overlooks the fantastic, well kept, tropical community gardens, which has a rear entrence/exit which allows a short cut to the beach ! There is a dining table and chairs and sun loungers on the terrace. There is a large community shared pool.

The third bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, is upstairs in the duplex.
For those who love to walk you can get to both Puerto Banus and Marbella from the Paseo along the Golden Mile. Once there you can visit The Old Town , which is the city centre, it’s full of history and charm, this part of the city cannot be missed. Another must see is the famous Orange Square. Both Marbella & Puerto Banus offer everything in the way of bars, restaurants and night clubs. You will find many reasons to come back again and again, the little bars and shops, the ancient roman wall , the narrow cobbled streets and colorful balconies and of course the locals, really friendly and open people.
The apartment is located a short distance from the bull-ring of Puerto Banus and Centro Plaza where you can find shops, restaurants, banks and supermarket. The Marbella Casino and the beach are also only a short distance. Puerto Banus is where you can find the most exclusive shops and restaurants on the Costa del Sol, cinemas and shopping-centres like El Corte Ingles or Marina Banus.
This very comfortable and spacious holiday home is in the perfect position to explore the delights of the Costa del Sol and Southern Spain, or just relax and enjoy the fantastic micro climate!!

The historic towns of Ronda, Cordoba, Granada, Sevilla, Cadiz and Gibraltar can be seen on day trips, although an overnight stay is recommended in Sevilla and Cadiz.

SIERRA NEVADA is a fantastic holiday experience for the whole family!!
The ski paradise is not just for skiers, but attractive for the whole family regardless of age and fitness.
Sierra Nevada is just a two hour drive from Marbella. You can drive there and back in one day. Sierra Nevada normally closes the first weekend in May.
