The Town House is located in the area of Costabella, the Urbanization is La Reserva de Alvarito and is just 3 minutes walking distance to the beach. Just five-minute drive to Marbella.
Recently refurbish, offer a comfortable open space, when enter to the property a guest toilet kitchen, dining room and living room are perfectly distributed in the ground floor. Sliding doors conduce you to a nice cosy terrace. Where you can enjoy the sun in the morning or having a relax time with family or friends in the evening.
In the basement you have the play room, with different table games, Xbox and a home cinema
There is a sofa bed, a table with 4 chairs.
In the first floor, are all 3 bedrooms, 1 of them with small balcony, 1 en-suite bathroom and 1 bathroom to share.

Also in the middle of Europe’s greatest golf area with over 30 golf courses.

This ski paradise is not just for skiers, but attractive for the whole family regardless of age and fitness.
Sierra Nevada is a 2-hour drive from Marbella. You can easy drive back and forth on one day.
Normally closes Sierra Nevada in the first weekend in May.

Location: Forty-six km to Malaga airport, five-minute drive to the centre of Marbella, five-minute walk to local shops.
Prices are based on 6 persons.
Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The total cost for one-week stay is Euro 30 and Euro 50 for 2 weeks stay, including bed sheets. Ask the office.
Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person.
