The apartment is in the very popular area of Nueva Andalucia close to the Golf Valley, with the various golf courses including Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Magna Marbella & Aloha golf clubs all close by.
The owners have recently lovingly decorated the apartment and installed new furniture throughout giving the place a great feel for your holiday in the sun.
Within walking distance of the marina and beach of Puerto Banus, the apartment is surrounded by bars, cafes and restaurants, so you will be spoilt for choice, many are within walking distance, including several at Centro Plaza by the Puerto Banus Bullring, where the famous Saturday street market is held.
The apartment is south-east facing and the large terrace offers both sea and mountain views. There is a large terrace with furniture for you to enjoy al-fresco dining during the warm balmy evenings. There is also space enough for sunbathing if you prefer the terrace to the pool areas. There are three swimming pools, each with a children’s pool.
The apartment has three bedrooms, two with double beds and the third has twin singles, all have memory foam mattresses. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities and there is a family bathroom. All bedrooms have separate A.C units, plenty of wardrobe space and full-length mirrors. The large lounge/dining area and offer space and comfort and has a flat screen T.V which supplies international cable T.V, there is High-Speed Internet/ WI-FI. Full air-conditioning and central heating for the cool winter evenings. The modern kitchen is equipped with all modern day appliances and there is a separate area for the washing machine. There is private car parking for one car in the underground car park.
For those who love to walk you can get to both Puerto Banus and Marbella from the Paseo along the Golden Mile. Once there you can visit The Old Town, which is the city centre, it’s full of history and charm, this part of the city cannot be missed. Another must see is the famous Orange Square. Both Marbella & Puerto Banus offer everything in the way of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. You will find many reasons to come back again and again, the little bars and shops, the ancient Roman wall, the narrow cobbled streets and colourful balconies and of course the locals, really friendly and open people.

The Sierra Nevada is just a two-hour drive from Marbella. You can drive there and back in one day. The Sierra Nevada normally closes the first weekend in May.
