This lovely 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom apartment is located in an uphill position away from the crowd, though not more than 7 km from the nearest beach, though only 6 km to the holiday buzz with restaurants, cafés and few shops.

The livingroom presents itself cosy and has views to the Mediteranean Sea. From the livingroom you have direct access to a wonderful south facing terrace where your morning coffee is complemented with fantastic views overlooking a great part of the coastal area near Marbella. The terrace of 29m2 is decorated with 2 sun lounges and a dining area for 4 persons also a little bar desk is available. As the terraces is facing south, consequently you will have sunshine throughout the entire day.

There are 2 nicely decorated bedrooms both with a double bed. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower . The other bathroom has a shower.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.

The urbanization provides a great pool area which consists of 3 independent pools incl. a children’s pool. Also there is a paddle court, which you can use (you need to have your own equipment with you). The gardens are very lush and beautifully maintained.

When you drive down the hill towards the beach and walk towards west where you find all kind of restaurants, bars and beach clubs and the typical Spanish chiringuitos (beach bars). Some do have live entertainment throughout summer holidays.

Distance to the cosy old Town of Marbella is 15 km and it is a 25 minutes’ drive to the famous harbour of Puerto Banus, where high end designer shops, exclusive yachts, fast cars, discotheques and bars and a great variety of restaurants are presented.

Also in the middle of Europe’s greatest golf area with over 30 golf courses.

Extra bed/sofa bed:
Extra beds are not possible in this holiday home.

Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price of one week is Euro 30. For 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.

Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person. Ask the office.

This ski paradise is not just for skiers, but attractive for the whole family regardless of age and fitness.

Sierra Nevada is a 2 hour drive from Marbella. You can easy drive back and forth on one day.

Normally closes Sierra Nevada in the first weekend in May.
