The apartment is newly furnished with simplicity, the kitchen is roomy and you can see into the living room, which makes a nice atmosphere. The living room has access to the terrace and garden. The terrace consists of a large dining table and from the terrace, you have a view of the golf course, which is really beautiful.

From the living room, you enter the living area, which consists of two big bedrooms, to the right you have a big bathroom connected to the master bedroom. To the left, you have smaller bathroom and bedroom, with two single beds, which is connected to another terrace. The apartment is completely air-conditioned.

Close to the apartment you have the golf course and Estepona City, which is only a 5 min. away in a car. The city has plenty of shopping opportunities and nice restaurants. About 15 min. drive from the apartment, you will be on the beach. The beach is a great way to spend the day as it also has great seafood restaurants and Puro Beach Club, which will entertain you for the day.

Puerto Banus is also accessible as it is only a 25min drive away and has everything u can think of, plenty of delicious restaurants and nightclubs if you wish to explore the nightlife of Spain.
