The kitchen of the apartment is fully fitted and has a view to the rest of the apartment also the apartment is fully air-conditioned.

Close to the many restaurants and bars of Aloha Gardens it offers peace and quiet whilst being near to the action! Also nearby is Centro Plaza with its wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants. A little further is the playground for the rich & famous that is Puerto Banus, where you will see the beautiful yachts, luxury cars and wonder amongst the designer boutiques.

Marbella city centre is a few minutes by car; there you can enjoy a 15 km long promenade that goes all the way back to San Pedro, with many beachside restaurants where you can enjoy some great local fish dishes. The Old Town, also in the city centre, is full of history and charm this part of the city must not be missed. Another must see is the famous Orange Square. Both Marbella & Puerto Banus offer everything in the way of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. It's also only a few kilometers to Golf Valley. You will find many reasons to come back again and again, the little bars and shops, the ancient roman wall, the narrow cobbled streets and colourful balconies, and of course the locals, really friendly and open people.
