It has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. The independent guest area contains 2 spacious bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. The guest house is connected to the villa and has access through a separate entrance. The guesthouse has its own fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 4 persons as well as a little living.

The property is gated and gives access to two remote controlled gates as well as a pedestrian gate. With parking for over 4 cars.

When entering the villa you see the spacious living and staircase to the first floor. The kitchen, dining and living are in one open space. The kitchen has high end equipment as well as a wine cooler. A guest toilet is situated in this area. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and there is also installed an extra American fridge with ice cube machine. Next to the laundry room there is the garage with remote controlled automatic door with space for 1 large car.

From the spacious living there is access to a partly covered terrace with 2 dining tables. From the covered terrace you go a few steps down to the pool and garden area, which is specked with sun lounges and has a fantastic outdoor BBQ area with bar for great dining pleasure. The pool is approx. 10*4.5 meter.

From the living a corridor gives access to 1 shared bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom. From one bedroom you can enter the terrace.

Taking the stairs to the second floor you find a parents department. A large master bedroom with exit to south facing terrace and a children’s room with sofa bed of 1.40 wide. Also from this room there is access to the south facing terrace. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom.

The terrace on the first floor can guide you to the top area of the villa, which has amazing views to the Mediterranean Sea. On this terrace relaxation is the key word. A Jacuzzi, a covered dining area for 6 persons, high table with 4 chairs and 2 sun lounges as well as a second outdoor BBQ area.

Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price of one week is Euro 30. For 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.

Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 15 p. person. A minimum of 6 sets is required. Ask the office.
