The 240-m2 villa stands on a 1000-m2 plot, built in authentic Andalusian style.
The villa is located in a suburb 13 km east of Marbella city centre, called Artola Baja. The walk to the beach is 500 meters through one of very few protected greeneries on the Costa del Sol. You can take an wonderful evening stroll over the wooden walkways and enjoy wonderful views to the Mediterranean sea.

A mini supermarket is 1.5 km from the villa and very near the villa there are good restaurants.

The accommodation (up to 12 persons) is arranged as follows:
The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Upper floor: 1 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 ensuite bathroom with combination of shower and bathtub a single sink and toilet.
Ground floor:
2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink to share.
2 bedrooms with double beds. Both have an ensuite bathroom. 1 bathroom has bathtub combined shower, single sink, toilet & bidet. Bathroom 2 has toilet, sink and a shower.

The villa has a large outside area with covered terrace, a private pool, 7 sunlounges and absolutely private!

It borders Cabopino port on the one side and the protected Artola sand dunes on the other.
