The impressive entrance of the villa with elevated ceiling has a guest toilet and gives access to the first floor with 3 bedrooms with all ensuite bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. The other bedroom is on ground floor level with its functional ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

The tremendous sized and more than well equipped kitchen with dining table has a warm atmosphere.

From the kitchen there is direct access to the covered terrace towards south. The terrace towards south has a sofa group and dining area for 8+ persons. The terrace, garden & pool area provide another covered dining area and large gas BBQ.

The well maintained garden is orientated directly south and consequently has sun throughout the entire day. There are sufficient sunbeds for all. The property is secured with alarm.

The spacious and cozy decorated living provide enough room for all occupants to relax in front of the TV. Also from the living you have access to the covered terrace and garden & pool.

The first floor provides 6 sleeps: 1 master bedroom with private terrace and lounger to withdraw from the crowd. The terrace is overlooking the golf course and has a peak to the Mediterranean Sea. The master bedroom has a double bed and a walk through wardrobe facility. The ensuite bathroom provides double sink, toilet and shower.

The second bedroom has a double bed and is situated towards North with ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
The third bedroom, situated towards south has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and toilet.

The ground floor has 1 bedroom with double bed and is located towards north, with functional with functional bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

The villa provides heated pool (on request between October – May at an extra charge of Euro 300 per week).

Change bed sheets & towels: If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 15 p. person. A minimum of 8 sets is required.
