There is a nice well-kept garden with a lovely heated pool, the house has several terraces in all 3 levels, even a roof sun terrace with sea views. The covered terrace in ground level is a perfect spot to barbecue and dine whilst the kids are enjoying the pool. In this house, you have the perfect setting for a great holiday, walking distance to the beach and several nice restaurants, as well as very close to shopping and golf. The area of Marbesa is very popular due to its fantastic surroundings including some of the nicest beach restaurants on the coast as well as splendid beaches. It is a calm area with a nice safe ambience ideal for both families and groups of golfers. You will experience the real feel of authentic Spain as well as having a short distance to the more international venues of your choosing, in short, there is something for everybody in and near Marbesa, it is up to you what you want to indulge, and the house is the perfect setting for it.
