This tastefully decorated villa is located in an nice position near the beach and close to Marbella city center.
This villa has a contemporaneous Spanish style and all rooms are in the same level, the entrance is wide and open.

Entering the premises through a remote controlled gate you find the house on the left.

When entering the house you find a small hallway and directly forward you find the living, with fireplace and lounge area on your left. There is a dining area for 6 persons that continue to a terrace and the exterior. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is situated on the left of the entrance.

To the right is a dining room with a big table for 6 persons that continue to a comfortable living room with doors to a glass terrace and the exterior. There is a private pool, garden and a furnished terrace with a dining table for 6 and a BBQ.

The kitchen is fully equipped and a follow to the laundry room.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
1 bedroom is en suite with double bed, the bathroom has a shower.
bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower and a bathtub to share with
bedroom 3, which has 1 double bed

Air conditioning: All bedrooms + living room

The direct area of the house is an urbanization which is located 5 km east of Marbella. Supermarket, restaurants, beach bars and clubs, beauty salons and hairdressers are within walking distance. All in all a great combination for an unforgettable holiday.

Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The total cost for one week stay is Euro 30 and for 2 weeks stay is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.

Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person.
