From the living room and the villa's entrance, direct access leads to the outdoor dining area. Here, the impeccable sea views serve as the backdrop for every meal, creating a perfect environment for entertainment or enjoying a peaceful evening with the sound of the waves. The fully equipped kitchen features the latest culinary technology, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and a practical wine cooler for those moments of relaxation. A washing machine and dryer are a hidden feature in the kitchen. Descending one level, the master bedroom awaits, with a private terrace and a private bathroom offering both a bathtub and a shower, along with double vanities and a toilet.
