The living area is open plan and very spacious, the owner has installed a 52 inch 3D smart T.V . The lounge leads to the patio area and garden . There is a fully fitted kitchen which is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge / freezer etc. There is parking within the development. It is located just a ten minute walk to Puerto Banus marina and beach, where you will find restaurants and bars. You can also walk to Centro Plaza, near the Bullring, which has the famous Saturday market, you will also find plenty of choice for eating and there is a Supersol supermarket.
The house is in the perfect position for both golfers and sun worshippers and also to explore the delights of the Costa del Sol and Southern Spain.
The house is a short drive to Marbella and Estepona, and Puerto Banus is only a few minutes’ away. You can enjoy international cuisine and relax in one of the several fashionable bars and it is where you can find the most exclusive shops and restaurants on the Costa del Sol, cinemas and shopping centres like El Corte Ingles or Marina Banus.
