This grand villa is located in the suburb Elviria, located 8 km west of Marbella. The area of Elviria is cozy and have various bars, restaurants, supermarkets, beauty salon, bakery within a distance of 2 kilometers. The famous Nikki Beach is less than 3 km, where along the beach you find various restaurants, beach clubs and authentic chiriguito’s.

The villa presents itself beautifully with great outdoor areas in different levels.
The distance to Santa Maria Golf club is less than 1 km.

Entering the plot through an automatic gate a private parking gives space to 1 car.

From the entrance gate you take a few steps down to a terrace area with sauna, outdoor shower and dining area for 8. Also there is an semi indoor fitness area with cross trainer.

When entering the villa the hallway gives access to a guest toilet and the lower level of the villa, where all 4 bedrooms are located. From the hallway the kitchen is straight forward and is very spacious and fully equipped kitchen and has a dining table for 8 persons. From the kitchen there is direct access to terrace with dining for 6 persons and a lounge seating for 4 persons with Weber barbecue. From this level you have nice views to the golf course and the Mediterranean Sea.

From the hallway you find the living directly to your right with dining table for 8 persons and lounge with flatscreen TV with various international channels and filmnet. From the living you also have direct access to the upper terrace level.

Going down the stairs you find
1 bedroom with double bed of 1.60 * 2.00m and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The 2nd bedroom and a bathroom separate.
3rd bedroom have 2 single beds of 90 * 2.00m and a bathroom ensuite with shower, sink and toilet.
The master bedroom has 1 double bed of 1.80 * 2.00 m with ensuite bathroom with bathtub, shower, double sink, toilet and shower.

All bedrooms are located south east and have all direct access to the lower terrace with dining area for 6 persons. From this terrace you find the large pool of 9.00 * 4.50 with concrete stairs to enter the pool. There are 7 sun lounges to relaxing by the pool. Also from this level you have great views to the golf course of Santa Maria and to the south.

Between 1 October and 31 May is NOT included in the price.

You can take a walk along the beach to the west and along the beach you find all kind of restaurants, bars and beach clubs and the typical Spanish chiringuitos (beach bars). Check out Beach House, Nikki Beach, Retaurant El Laurel or a Cuban inspired chiriguito Ranchon Cubana with lots of live music.

Distance to the cozy old Town of Marbella is 11 km and it is a 15 minutes’ drive to the famous harbour of Puerto Banus, where high end designer shops, exclusive yachts, fast cars, discotheques and bars and a great variety of restaurants is presented.

Also in the middle of Europe’s greatest golf area with over 30 golf courses.

Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price of one week is Euro 30. For 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.

Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person. (a minimum of 4 persons). Ask the office.
