This rental villa which is constructed all in one level comprimes an Open American Style kithen having fridge, gas hob, microwave and the lounge having two comfortables sofas, coffee table, and dining table and chairs. There is an additional family bathroomin this area.
The entertaiment is provided in the lounge by a TV, SKY satelite and DVD . On the other side is a hallway that leads to the main bedroom with fitted wardrobe, a double bedroom , a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a family bathroom

*Outdoor

The exterior area is very spacious and it have many differents areas. From the lounge is accessed to the porch, furnitures with a teka table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining with views across to the Sierra Tejeda mountains. A not covered area is adjacent to the porch with patio furniture, sunbeds and parasol.
The L shaped and large pool allows to swim and enjoy the marvellous caountryside and sea views.
This spacious villa also features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen complete with built in barbecue overlooking the large pool

*Location

The house is located North of Nerja, above the River “Chillar”. It is very well posicionated in a quite rural area within five minutes from the town center and sandy beach Burriana. Burriana beach is awarded every year with the “Blue Flag” and which offers many beach side restaurants, shops and bars and when you can practise many water sports.
As the villa is in the countryside, part of the way to reach the villa is unpaved.
