This recently constructed modern detached villa is conveniently located in the Punta Lara residential area close to the Hotel Marinas de Nerja.
The centre of Nerja is just a few minutes drive away whilst the beach, shops and restaurants near the Hotel Marinas de Nerja are within easy walking distance.
Distribution
At street level, accessed through security gates, there is a drive way and play area leading to a large garage, which has an electrically operated door. Inside is the utility area with a washing machine. The main living area on the first floor can be reached by internal stairs from the garage or external stairs from the street.
