AIR-CONDITIONING is available at not extra charge, the open fitted kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom built under the ladder.
Stairs from the lounge leads to the upper floor that comprises a double bedroom with terrace and sea views , a twin bedroom and a family bathroom.

Location

This Spanish villa is located in a complex of houses recently constructed to the West of Nerja, just 10 minutes driving to the center of the resort.
The beach of “Calaceite,” a small cove but with a lot of charm, is situated at 500 meters from the house so it is possible to make the way walking.
Other nearby beaches are only 5 minutes driving from the property.
