Beatifull and exotic green area with palms,banana trees and lovely swimingpool. The house has air conditoning only in the livingroom.
There are 4 bedrooms + 1 cabin with 2 beds without window in 3 diferent levels. The is surface 280 m2:
On the ground floor you can find the kitchen, with dishwasher, washingmachine, oven,frigo and freezer and all the necesary equipment for 12 people .1 cabine room with no windows and 2 single beds,1 toilet with shower and a big livingroom with 1 sofabed and sofa chaisse longe. There is a private garden. The access to the comunal pool is from the street.
On the 1rst floor there are 2 double bedrooms with 4 sogle beds, 1 complete toilet and 1 suite with 1 doublebed, and 1 complete bedroom with bath tube.
On the 3rd floor, you will find another suite room with 2 singlebeds and 1 complete toilet with shower.
The house has a private garden of 70 m2 with nice terrace and all the necesary furniture, tables,chairs and sunbeds.
The house has a private parking for 1 car.
We don't accept groups of young people.
