Bon rapport qualité prix hors saison car moins cher, car en effet les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur! L'emplacement et la vue sont magnifiques par contre l'appartement en lui même se délabre :état du mobilier très moyen (salon, table ...manque beaucoup d' équipements cuisine ( saladier, bols, couverts....). Murs sales , ne reflète pas le standing de l'annonce , pour nous c'est la 2me fois dans cet appartement mais peut être la dernière fois, très dommage car vue exceptionnelle
