- Arrival time is from 14:00 pm, departure time is before 10:00 am.
- The rate for arrivals outside these hours and after 20.00 hours is € 40
- Respect the villa, you will be held responsible for damage or loss of the property and its contents.
- Children under 18 years old are only allowed under supervise of an adult
- Observe the silence on weekdays between 22:00 pmand 10:00 am and during weekends and public holidays from 00:00 to 10:00am.
- The house must be left clean at the time of departure. The waste should be taken away, kitchen utensils must be clean and stored dry, towels and linen must be in clean condition.
If not an additional cleaning fee of 50.00 Euro will be charged.
- It is not allowed the tenant to:
a) Move furniture or to carry out repairs, no matter how small, without a written permission from the company
b) Stay with more people in the villa in respect to the maximum capacity of the villa.
c) To exercise other activity in the villa than celebrate your holiday.
d) Take Combustible materials or explosive substances in or near the villa which can cause damage or nuisance to the building or other residents in the area.
e) Organize festivals and parties.
