This stunning and beautifully situated 4-bedroom villa accommodates 10 people and has a private pool and breathtaking views over the wooded surroundings. Villa Lyon is located on a quiet street in a residential area, with only local traffic. Your car can be parked safely on site. Because of its ideal quiet location, just 1600 meters from the beach, Villa Lyon is the perfect holiday location for families. The centre of Santa Susana is also within walking distance!

Villa Lyon is a fully detached villa, located above street level, and has a living area of 220m2. The entrance is on the ground floor where you will find the fully furnished living room with fireplace. From the living room, the large glass sliding doors give access to the balcony where the you can enjoy breakfast in the morning, and watch the sunrise. This floor also houses the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the first floor are a further 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The stylish and authentic interior of this well-maintained villa is light and has a very nice, typically Spanish, atmosphere.

At the side of the villa is the lovely private pool, which can be reached down a short flight of stairs. The nicely shaped pool is surrounded by beautiful swaying palm trees that invite you to relax on one of the marvellous landscaped terraces. The villa also has a beautiful natural garden and a stone barbecue for preparing delicious meals during your stay in the Spanish sun!

The surroundings of your villa

Villa Lyon is located in Santa Susana, on the Costa del Maresme. Santa Susanna is a charming seaside town with a beautiful long beach and a small authentic town centre. Here you can enjoy strolling through the narrow streets, buying souvenirs in the small shops or enjoying lunch and dinner at one of the bars or cosy restaurants. From the promenade you can walk to the adjacent resort of Malgrat de Mar, where lovers of nightlife can enjoy themselves!

The Costa del Maresme is situated north of the province of Barcelona and south of the Costa Brava, on the Mediterranean. The Costa Brava runs from Blanes to the cosmopolitan city of Barcelona. The coastal strip is about 50 kilometres long and is mostly made up of sandy beaches, steep cliffs and a wonderfully temperate climate. The Maresme Coast has some beautiful historic cultural sites including the archaeological finds in Burriac and Mataró, the Baroque architecture in Arenys de Mar and Modernism in Canet and Argentona. The Costa del Maresme is often called the vegetable garden of Spain because in this area a lot of strawberries, cherries, tomatoes and beans are grown. The region is also known for its white Alella wine.

The modern cosmopolitan city of Barcelona, which is rich in culture and history, is definitely worth a visit. Meander down the world-famous promenade " Las Ramblas " while enjoying the ever present street theatre and the many mimes, the inviting terraces and charming stalls. To get a good impression of this unique city with its culture and history, you can use a special hop on - hop off bus to see many sights. The medieval streets, FC Barcelona's famous Camp Nou football stadium, the Sagrada Familia or Gaudi's beautiful Park Guell are all worth a visit! There is so much beauty to see that you will run out of time during your visit to this metropolis! A visit to Barcelona is of course not complete without sampling some delicious typically Spanish Tapas; they are available almost everywhere and well worth tasting.
