Rustic house well restored, located in a quiet area near the beaches of Sant Josep (3 km from Cala d'Hort). It has spectacular views over Es Cubells and Formentera on one side and the island of Es Vedra over the other.
It is distributed on one floor:
Separate kitchen equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cookware
Dining for 8 people
2 lounges, one with TV- TV and air conditioning
3 bedrooms: 2 with double bed (one en-suite and air conditioning) and 1 with 2 single beds
2 bathrooms with shower (of which one en-suite) and one with bathtub
Exterior: Nice porch with barbecue and private pool 8x4m with 7 sunbeds and umbrella. Chill-out covered with tarpaulin. Terrace with dining table and parasol.
Possible additional heating costs in winter, please consult.
There is the possibility to add an extra bed, please ask for prices.
