Finca Mal Pas is an impressive deluxe villa walking distance from the beautiful beaches of Mal Pas and within easy reach of Alcudia old town.
Upon arriving at Finca Mal Pas you will be delighted by the impressive building and by the incredible exteriors. The finca has large furnished terraces which lead down to the even more impressive pool area.
Steps lead up to the main entrance door and into the hall with its double height staircase and feature chandelier. To the right of the hall is the lounge which is large yet relaxing and inviting. There are many comfortable sofas and the decoration is luxurious. Here there is a TV, DVD player, Playstation and computer. Doors lead out onto the wrap around terrace. Here directly in front of the living room is a covered dining area and rattan seating.
Back inside and to the left of the entrance hall there is a large beautifully decorated dining room with seating for 10 to 16 people. From here you can enter the fully equipped stainless steel kitchen which is fully equipped with oven, hob, large fridge freezer which dispenses ice cubes and crushed ice, microwave and professional coffee machine. Again, from here you can access the terraces where is a further dining area.

Off the hallway and through doors is the ground floor sleeping area. On the left is a double bedroom with large fitted wardrobes, TV and an ensuite shower room. To the right is twin bedroom with large fitted wardrobes, TV and a terrace which overlooks the pool. Next to this bedroom is a full bathroom with step up hydromassage bath, double sinks, toilet and bidet. This completes the ground floor accommodation.

The marble staircase leads to the remaining bedrooms. Entering doors at the top of the staircase there is to the left a twin bedroom with large fitted wardrobes and a private terrace with seating. There are stunning views of the surrounding countryside and mountain range for here. To the right is another beautiful twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a private sun terrace with sun lounger and pool views.
There is a large shower room between the two bedrooms here with walk in shower, double sinks, toilet and bidet. Leaving this area and crossing the landing there is a door leading to a master suite with its own bathroom. The bed here is 2m x 2m! There are large wardrobes, TV and a private terrace which has views to the front of the villa.

The exterior of the villa is equally impressive and has the most beautiful pool area. The 12m x 6m pool is surrounded by decking, there are sun loungers and sun shades here too along with a pool side shower. Opposite the house is a large dining table for 12 people and a chill out rattan seating area with sofas. This area affords shade under a pergola with long white curtains which can be drawn at the end of the day to bring a sense of relaxation and bohemia. There is an additional luxury here as this terrace also has a full bar with all the types of glasses, ice machine, beer pump and bar stools that you will need to entertain your guests. There is a full kitchen here to cater for alfresco dining. On the outside of the bar and kitchen there is a bathroom with double showers, toilet, double sinks and bidet.

There are steps from the pool decking which lead down to the large barbecue with preparation area and sink. Here there is also a sauna building too. The villa also has a lovely children’s playground and an extensive lawn ideal for children’s games.
