Can Llobera is a traditional stone built villa surrounded by beautiful countryside. This villa is ideally situated between Pollensa and Alcudia and is perfect for those looking for a peaceful holiday.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. There are also a further three twin bedrooms which share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning with timer. Downstairs there is a further bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
The living area with comfortable sofas, TV, DVD and wifi leads through to a dining area with open wood fire which can be used, ideal for early and late season stays.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine.
Outside, the villa benefits from a large covered terrace with outdoor dining area and seating area with views to the pool. There is a large brick built barbecue ideal for al fresco meals.
The pool is a good size (9m x 4,5m) with wide Roman steps and is surrounded by sun loungers.
The gardens are very well kept and the whole villa and its grounds are very private.
