Entering the villa there is a spacious open plan living-dining area with seating for 8 people. The living room has large comfortable sofas, TV, DVD, music system and Wifi. Large patio doors lead out to the garden and pool area.
The kitchen is separate and is fully equipped with all that you need. There is an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
The kitchen has a breakfast terrace overlooking the pool.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, two twins and one double bedroom with large en-suite shower room. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There is also a full shared bathroom with shower over bath.

A staircase leads to the upper floor which has a large double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The sea views from this bedroom are spectacular. There is a door from the bedroom and a door from the staircase which leads out onto the furnished roof terrace. An ideal place to enjoy an evening drink whilst taking in the views as the sun goes down over the Mediterranean sea.
The outdoor area is grassed and well kept. There is a ping pong table, BBQ, sufficient sun beds for all, a choice of seating areas and a swimming pool.
