This beautiful property is situated in open rural countryside approximately 10-15 minutes by car from Cala D'or.The golf course of Vall D'or is closer and is just a 10 minute drive away.You reach the house via a country lane from the nearby village of S'Horta, where there are a number of shops including a bakers for your convenience.The beautiful beaches of the south-east of Mallorca are also reachable in about 10-15 min.As you approach the house you cannot help but be impressed by its elegance and there are lockable gates and intercom system at the entrance to the drive.
On entering the hallway the owners exquisite taste is very evident.Situated here is a cloakroom with WC.Ahead lies the most comfortably furnished lounge/dining room with leather sofas and oak dining suite.There is a feature fireplace and large TV with satellite facility (limited channels)and DVD player.The villa also has wif-fi access, please bring your own computer.Patio doors lead out onto an enormous covered terrace, which in turn overlooks the pool, terraces and open countryside beyond.
