Het is een mooi huis op een super locatie. Een en ander gaat alleen al een paar jaartjes mee en dat zie je! De foto's zijn dus al wat gedateerd en zijn waarschijnlijk genomen toen alles net piekfijn in orde en nieuw was.
Ook is het wel merkwaardig dat er een kamer is die echt apart is van de rest van het huis.
Wel was alles keurig schoon gemaakt. De geur van bleek kwam ons tegemoet.
Enig minpuntje was dat de airco's niet werkte. Daar kwamen we op de een na laatste dag achter. Het had dus niet veel zin om daar nog werk van te maken, maar ik weet zeker dat men dat gelijk zou hebben opgepikt.

Villa Capricorn is situated in Cala Egos/Cala D'Or only 50m. away to the sandy cove of Caló d'es Pou. In a few minutes by foot you can reach the centre of Cala Egos with supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, or the beautiful marina of Cala D'Or. The bustling tourist resort of Cala d'Or, with shoping streets, restaurants, bars with live musicand nightlife is at only 4 km.
The Villa
This cosy villa has only a ground floor. The comfortable living room has got a direct access to the pool area. Two steps take to the open dining room. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and microwave. There a 3 twin bedrooms inside the villa. The first has an suite shower room and the other two share a large bathroom. The 4th bedroom has a separate entrance from the terrace and en suite shower room. Close to the entrance, there is a guest toilet. For your added convenience, there is an utility room with washing mashine.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms with a limited timetable from 18:00-01:30 & 05:30- 09:00.
Heating in all the villa.
Outside
The charming covered terrace is perfect for al fresco meals. You can refresh at the pool and relax at the surrounding sun terraces with sunbeds.The garden is a hedge fence and palm trees offers their shade. The tennis table for the fun all of the family.
For the groups of youngsters, a refundable deposit of 300 euros (in cash) will have to be paid upon arrival.
