Villa Cubelletes is located at the town entrance of Cala D'Or, in a quiet cul-de-sac street; close to the center, beaches, play area and amenities that you need to spend a great holiday.A few minutes walking distance there is a big supermarket and Cala D’Or centre is also about 500m away. This bustling resort which heart is a pedestrian area offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, bars with live music, shops, boutiques and several sandy coves such as Cala Gran approx. 900m., Cala D’Or or Cala Esmeralda in Cala Ferrera.In Cala D’Or you can practice water sports and visit its charming marina with lovely water front restaurants.You can also enjoy excursions with sailing boats or the glass bottom boat and visit the beautiful south-east coast of Majorca with its lovely sandy coves, charming fishing ports or even the natural Park Mondrago.
Villa Cubelletes is a two-storey villa that has kept the Ibiza-style, with white walls all around the house.There is a covered terrace at the front and a small terrace at the back with the pool.
From the entrance we access directly into the open lounge / dining room with a well equipped open-plan kitchen. This floor also has a shower room and a bright double bedroom with direct access to the back covered terrace and pool area.
From the living/dining area an interior stair leads to the upper floor where you will find two twin bedrooms, one of them with a nice balcony overlooking the front of the house.These two bedrooms share a bathroom.
The villa has air conditioning and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms ( the air conditioning is on a timer from 14.00 to 16.00 and 21.30 to 09.00).
The villa counts with a lovely covered terrace at the front and a small one at the back of the house.The terrace located at the back, by the pool, has a table and chairs.The round pool (4 m, - depth 1,50 m) with metallic stair, is perfect for families with children.There are also sun beds to relax during the long summery days. Enjoy delicious just cooked "al fresco" meals at the brick built barbecue.

For the groups of youngsters, a refundable deposit of 300 euros (in cash) will have to be paid upon arrival.
