Your Villa In Mallorca

Marta is a superb villa located in a privileged location in a quiet area of Cala d'Or but close to amenities that the resort offers. The sandy cove Cala Gran approx. 500m. away and Cala d'Or centre are within 10 minutes walk. This bustling resort which heart is a pedestrian area is full of restaurants, cafeterias, bars with live music, shops and boutiques. Its charming marina with lovely water front restaurants were enjoy a nice meal looking at the yachts moored at the pier is only 5 minutes drive. The marina offers also the chance to make excursions with sailing boats or the glass bottom boat and visit the beautiful south coast of Majorca with its lovely sandy coves, charming fishing ports or even the natural Park of Mondrago.
The Villa
Lovely two-storeyvilla tastefully furnished, with parqué floors and equipped with all the comforts of modern living such as A/C cold/warm in the living/dining area and all the bedrooms. The ground floor boast a bright living/dining area tastefully furnished that connects to the fully equipped kitchen. The double doors of the living/dining area open onto the charming terrace and pool area. The ground floor offers a bright master bedroom has a direct access to the pool area. This bedroom has a king size double bed, a dressing room, a spacious en suite bathroom with jacuzzi and separatehydro-shower. A twin bedroom anda separate family bathroom complete the ground floor. An interior stair leads to the upper floor to a nice and bright twin bedroom (possibility of a 3rd. bed), this bedroom has small terrace with views of the pool. A second twin bedroom that has access to a large terrace with nice views of the surroundings and a shared spacious full bathroom complete the first floor. An exterior stairsleads us to the original fifth bedroom that is located in the tower, therefore the bedroom has a circular shape, with a double bed (180x190) and en-suite shower room.
Outdoor
Nice covered terrace with built-in barbecue, table and chairs where enjoy al frescomeal or just relax overlooking the pool. The lovely kidney shaped pool (7m x 5m) with roman steps is surrounded by aterrace with sun beds to sunbathe and an open poolside shower. The terrace is surrounded by bushes for private sunbathing. Lawned area at the front and sides of the house.
Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).
The first cot and highchair are included in the price. The second cot or chair cost 5€ per night each.

For the groups of youngsters, a refundable deposit of 300 euros (in cash) will have to be paid upon arrival.
