The property is located between the Villages of Santa Margarita and Muro in the area called \'Son Auba\' on typical Majorcan countryside, to enjoys total tranquility and privacy but at the same time near the towns and also Alcudia Bay\'s and its sandy beaches with shallow waters and tourist resort such as Ca\'n Picafort.
The house comprises in two levels and is homely and practical has the essentials for an enjoyable holiday.\r\n
On the ground floor is distributed in a front terrace with its \'Porxada\' (the typical Mallorcan roofed cane), next to the barbecue and has direct access to the kitchen.
On the other side of the house the swimming pool placed higher than the surrounding walk area, with lawn and with clear views of the surroundings.\r\n
Inside the house has dining room next to the kitchen, and a living room with fireplace. Alongside the living room there is a single room with bed of 90 x 1.90. and a bedroom with double bed 150 x 1.90. Also across the living room has a bathroom with in corner bathtub.
On the top floor has a living room as a distributor where there is a sofa bed and has access to the upper terrace where you can enjoy clear views of the countryside around and the sea in the distance.
The master bedroom with double bed 150 x 1.90 with its own bathroom with large shower and also easy access to the upper terrace.
The Bay of Alcudia with its 19 kilometers of beaches and the most popular tourist site nearest sites such as Can Picafort and Playas de Muro, Puerto de Alcudia for sure to spend a pleasant holiday in Mallorca.
