El Gallinero is a spectacular property close to the old town of Pollensa. Private gates lead to the carefully manicured gardens and impressive lawned areas.
Entering the villa from the lovely covered, furnished terrace you enter a large living room with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, DVD and a beautiful fireplace, which can be used, there is also air conditioning here too. An American breakfast bar separates the living area from the fully equipped kitchen. Here there is a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, gas oven and hob, coffee machine which actually grinds the beans - idea for real coffee lovers.
The full length of the building to the rear is dedicated to the dining area, this large area is accessed from the living room and is an ideal place to enjoy family meals. There is access here a side terrace and the lawns to the rear of the villa.
The villa has two double bedrooms, both en-suite. The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, large fitted wardrobes, access to the terraces and an en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle and large bathtub. Above the bathtub is a TV screen with Astra satellite.
The second bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan, TV, wardrobe space and access to the terraces by the swimming pool. There is an en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms are at opposite sides of the large living kitchen which offers guests privacy.
The villas windows all benefit from having mosquito nets which allows windows do be left open at all times of the day and night.
To the rear of the house there are steps which take you up to the roof terrace. Here the views are absolutely breathtaking, rolling mountains, the picture perfect old town of Pollensa and surrounding countryside can be seen from here. There is a covered dining area with brick built barbecue and preparation area.
Taking a path from the pool area you will find “La Casita” the annex building with private terrace. Inside, this is a self contained building with twin beds, wardrobes, TV, kitchenette and bathroom with walk in shower.
There is ample parking for 3 cars and the swimming pool is to the front of the villa. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and is covered which is great for all weather enjoyment. The gardens to all sides of the property are well maintained and there is a large lawned area to the rear of the house too. Everywhere you look there are beautiful plants, flowers and trees.
