The property offers 3 bedrooms, the upstairs bedrooms are air conditioned. There is a double bedroom downstairs along with a shower room and upstairs are a further two bedrooms, one twin and one double. There is also a shared full bathroom upstairs.
Son Amer Vell has a large open living room with doors which leads out to the terrace and pool. There is a separate dining room and a traditional kitchen with bread oven.
Just off from the kitchen is another smaller shower room.
Outside, the villa has a lovely shaded terrace with comfortable seating and a dining area too. The pool is newly built this year and is surrounded by sun loungers and a grassed area.
