The villa is set deep in the stunning countryside of the road towards Lluch. The view towards the mountains and the surrounding scenery is breathtaking.
The villa opens into an entrance area with stairs leading to the second floor. A door leads to the airy open plan kitchen , fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge freezer, mircowave and dishwasher. Here you will also find the living and dining areas, there is a large dining table with seating for six people, an ideal area for a family meal. The living area has comfortable seating and features a woodburning fireplace, TV, CD player and DVD player. On this level there is also a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Stairs in the entrance area lead up to the three bedrooms and a further full bathroom with large shower. There is a spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and two ample sized twin rooms also featuring fitted wardrobes. Outside are two dining tables with chairs and a traditionally built BBQ area perfect for "al fresco" dining. The pretty terrace leads to the swimming pool area with roman steps, from here you can relax on one of the sunbeds whilst taking in the wonderful views of the mallorcan countryside.
