Can de l’Ausina is a pretty and spacious 3 bedroom stone clad villa, situated in a privelidged position only 3 kms for the old town of Pollensa and surrounded by the mountains which form the scenic "Sierra de Tramuntana".
This villa has 2 floors, on the ground floor the main entrance and hallway is accessed via the covered terrace, a fully fitted kitchen, lounge/dining room with television and DVD, there is also a bathrrom with shower and utility room which can be accessed from the exterior. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other 2 which have a double bed in each and one of these also offers a terrace with beautiful mountsain views. All three bedrooms share a fully fitted bathroom. at the front of the property there is a large lawned area surround the pool and the lovely mountain views.
A built in BBQ along with the covered terrace perfect for dining al fresco.

General Services Include:

-Weekly cleaning
-Towel-change twice a week
-Sheet-change once a week
-Maintenance of gardens and swimming pools
-Water, electricity and butane gas (if applicable) supply - included
-Technical service for maintenance and repairs
