Set in a peaceful residential area, less than 1 km form the village of Pollensa and approximately 7 kms from the beautiful clear waters around the bays of Cala San Vicente. Puerto Pollensa is also approximately 7 kms away and offers a varied choice of shops, bars, restaurants and the lovely beach. This spacious 5 bedroom villa is set out on 2 floors, the ground flloor offers 1 bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds, 2 bathrooms of which one has exterior access, a spacious kitchen which well equipped, lounge/dining room with chimney and doors leading onto a terrace.
On the first flloor there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 which have 2 twin beds in each and one of these also has a terrace with beautiful views, all 3 bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom.

 General Services Include:

-Weekly cleaning
-Towel-change twice a week
-Sheet-change once a week
-Maintenance of gardens and swimming pools
-Water, electricity and butane gas (if applicable) supply - included
-Technical service for maintenance and repairs
-Emergency contact 24 hours a day
