The villa is located just off the road between Pollensa old town and Port de Pollensa, where you can find a large choice of bars, restaurants, shops etc. The villa enjoys beautiful mountain views and a lovely poolside barbecue which is perfect for dining al fresco. The entrance to the villa Perez leads you to a lovely shaded covered terrace where the main entrance door is located.
