A single storey stone house in a very pretty and quiet part of the Colonya Valley very close to the Old Town of Pollença. Finca Apostol Nou is a very pretty house with a nice pool and garden. The villa is suitable in parts for wheelchair access and features a gated driveway.

Inside the house there is a combination of traditional and modern design - stone archways and wooden beamed ceilings with white walls, and cool terracotta floors. There is a large lounge and dining room with two sofas around a stone fireplace, with a dining table, TV, a DVD and CD stereo.

The large kitchen is well designed and there is also another dining table here and appliances including a dishwasher and a microwave. There is an external laundry room.

All four of the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The main twin bedroom has lots of storage space in fitted wardrobes, and views over the pool to the Puig Maria mountain. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. There are three more bedrooms (twins) - all with fitted wardrobes. All of the bedrooms have views over the pool, garden and mountains. And they also all have en-suite bathrooms with baths and showers.

Finca Apostol Nou has been designed to make the most of its fantastic countryside location. There's lots of space to relax and the pool - which has a splash area for children, a pool-side shower, and a wide stone sun-terrace running around it, is central to the outdoor area. There's also shady covered terrace in front of the casita building (laundry) overlooking the pool - the barbecue and terrace dining area are here too. The gardens have lots of lawn space with fruit trees and Mediterranean flowers. There is also an outdoor hot tub next to the swimming pool which is an additional luxury feature to this villa. The owner has also provided a table tennis set for your entertainment.

Finca Apostol Nou is a welcoming house with great gardens. It's very close to the Old Town of Pollenca and the town's golf course. The bay and sea at Puerto Pollenca are just a 10-minute drive away. Finca Cal Apostol - VP40 -is next to this villa and so could be rented together with Cal Apostol Nou for large groups of up to 18 people.
