Villa Ca Na Maria is a delightful single storey traditional Majorcan style country house, well positioned and not far from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and less than 10 minutes´ drive to the charming old town Pollensa with its abundance of restaurants and side walk cafés. A large terrace greets you, a lovely spot for al fresco entertaining. To the right of the entrance there is a spacious lounge dining area with comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV. To the left of the lounge/dining there is a new open fitted kitchen with modern appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and an electric oven. There is also a utility room with the washing machine. The sleeping area comprises of four bedrooms, two doubles and two twins. All the bedrooms have air conditioning units and fitted wardrobes. The two double bedrooms are en suite (one of them has an open bathroom with shower). The twin bedrooms along the corridor share a bathroom with a shower. The exterior is a bonus, with the large covered furnished terrace ideal for al fresco entertaining with its table and benches. The built in BBQ is located opposite the terrace. The swimming pool (salt water) has roman steps and it is surrounded by a lawn area and a paved sun terrace that affords nice views of the mountains beyond in the distance.\r\n

Ca Na Maria is a villa for those who wish to enjoy a charming country style house with its personal touches. It enjoys a comfortable ambience with its mix of typical Majorcan style furnishing and modern fittings and fixtures, feature spot lights, nicely decorated bedrooms and lovely shaded terraces at the side of the villa for entertaining.
