The villa is situated in a quiet area of Pollensa very close to the old town and only minutes by car to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vincente.
On the ground floor you will find a living-dining room (air-conditioned) with access to the pretty terraces. There is also a spacious fully equipped kitchen and separate toilet on this level. On the lower ground floor, accessed by a spiral staircase, are the bedrooms: 2 with double bed 1.80 x 1.50m ,1 twin bedroom and one bedroom with a single bed. There is air conditioning in the hallway to the bedrooms. The bedrooms share a complete bathroom with bath and hidro massage shower. Outside there is a prívate swimming pool of 8 x4 metres, pool towels provided, sunbeds and BBQ. A secluded property with entrance by iron gates.
