A traditional cottage in a tranquil area of the countryside just outside the town of Pollensa, down a country lane and not far away from the beach resort. The villa has a private pool and a lovely front shaded terrace. Inside, the house is decorated with simple furnishings; it has tiled floors and a classic decoration. There is a lounge dining area with a sofa and a satellite TV. There is a separate fitted kitchen totally equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer. There is also a walk in pantry with plenty of space to store the food. The washing machine is situated in the outside shower room. The bedrooms are all upstairs, they comprise of two twins and a double, all share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning units. The swimming pool is peaceful and private - with fence and hedges around it. There is a shaded terrace in front of the house looking onto the built in barbecue area and it is a good place to spend during the summer holidays.
