Holiday home well maintained near the sea and the city, but still in a very quiet area on a small hill with beautiful sea views. Land of about 1300m2, with citrus trees, palm trees, lawn and variety of plants. The pool is 5x10m with an outdoor shower. From the (non-enclosed) parking area, you reach the house entrance via some steps. The dwelling has an independent kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer. Two double bedrooms with single beds and air conditioning, one bathroom with shower and a toilet. A large living-dining room with TV/SAT, sea view and an exit to the covered terrace and the pool. The house has central heating, so it is suitable for winter months (ask for price) and there is a fireplace in the living room but it cannot be used. Next to the parking area there is a large storage room with a washing machine. The beach is 500m away, bars/restaurants 1km and the city 2km. According to municipal regulations, barbecues with fire will not be allowed from June 1st to October 15th. Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
